When will I receive my Birth pool?

To maximise your Birth Pool hire period we aim to deliver your Birthing pool to you around 36 weeks.
You will receive an email from our hire department with a dispatch date within 1 working day of placing your order.

What is the cost for delivery?
Our birth pool hire prices include delivery and a single return to UK Mainland.

If you require a Saturday delivery there is an additional cost. Simply select this option at checkout.

How do I know the pool I want is in stock?

We update our website regularly as we are seeing huge demand for our hires.

If you can put the item in your basket & proceed to checkout - it is in stock.

Can I order extra items?

Of course. There is an 'additional accessories' category on the website for water birth products available alongside your birth pool hire.

These will be shipped FOC with your Birth Pool hire and come under the standard distance selling regulations.

Do I get instructions on how to use the Birthing pool?

Inside the Birth pool hire kit you will receive a comprehensive instruction booklet.

What happens if baby has not arrived and my pool is due for return?

The hire period is maximum 6 weeks. We usually dispatch around 36 weeks, covering the period until 42 weeks.

However we fully understand babies have their own timetables and if baby still hasn't arrived within a couple of days of the hire reutrn date please
just get in touch with us and we can extend the hire free of charge.
 

Can I get a refund if I don't use my birth pool / TENS?

If you take delivery of your birth pool / TENS then your hire has begun.

As you have purchased a service from us in the form of a hire, we are unable to offer any refunds regardless of use - please bear this in mind when ordering. 

How do I return my hire pool / Comfort Pack?

Our Birth pools are shipped in heavy duty shipping containers that are re-used for returning your Birth pool.

We ask you to arrange a collection / drop-off your birth pool within 48 hours of baby's arrival for hygiene reasons.

We use UPS for our returns. Your hire kit will be sent out with a UPS returns label. You can either take the crate to a UPS drop-off point
or book a collection through 
the UPS website.

If you hired a TENS alongside your pool please return it in the crate with the pool.


We are unable to offer a time for collections. Failed collections may incur a £10 charge.

How do I return my hired TENS?

Simply pop the hire kit in the returns envelope provided and take to a Post Office.

The envelope will have a Royal Mail pre-paid label attached.

Keep your drop-off receipt until you receive an email from us confirming receipt of the hire kit.
